Agency, and Japan Parts-Material Industry, representing industry leaders from
 
both countries consorted at KINTEX, ILSAN on Tuesday, April 16, to establish a
 
bilateral business relation to facilitate a continued communication in the areas of
 
Parts-Materials Industries and further expand our industry product market in Japan.

For this to take into effect, Department Chief of Research and Economics, CEO of
 
KOTRA, and Japanese Chief Department of Industry, VP of Japanese-Korean
 
Economy Association, and Import/Export Industry company leaders from both
 
countries (Includes Jungsuk Oh, CEO of our company) a total of 69 attendees,
 
signed a MOU for exporting several hundred million dollars of Korean parts-

material products into Japan.

  1. KOBELCO CRANES Corp, SHINSHO Corp.

      - Cooperative Development of Parts for Large Construction Equipment with
 
      KOBELCO CRANES Corp. and Export to SHINSHO Corp.

    - Target Amount of Export: $10 million in 3 years from 2009 to 2012 Gradually
 
       increase thereafter.

  2. CHUO INDUSTRY

    - Assigning a Sales Right for Traveling & Driving Unit

    - Total supply amount worth up to 10 billion yen in 3 years from July 2009 

       to 2012
